The Victron smart Dc to Dc charger give a more intellegent and controlled charge than a typical Voltage sensitive relay- giving more efficient charging of your leisure battery and prolonging your batteries life
Modern alternators do not give out charge like traditional alternators, and so it requires a more intellegent system to allow the alternator to charge the lesiure battery system. This is where the Victron dc to dc charger comes into its own. The Victron Dc to Dc charger gives an intellegent 3 stage charge to your leisure battery, which is a much more efficent way of charging your battery, and will also prolong the life of your battery
It give a more intellegent Dc to Dc battery charger from Victron which is capable of charging the leisure battery in conjunction with the Vehicles Smart alternator
This kit also comprises of a Victron AGM / Lithium battery with options on battery size
